Owner and creator of Baguette Box, Eric takes the traditional Vietnamese sandwich and turns it on its ear. And what a delicious turn it is.

There’s still the fresh, crusty baguette as the vessel, but stuffed inside you’ll find flavorful sensations such as Crispy Drunken Chicken and Crispy Organic Tofu with Avocado. Lest you think that everything served in their baguettes are crispy, there’s also the divine Braised Pork Shoulder with Red Wine and Grilled Lemongrass Steak, along with other delectable choices.

There’s also fries (with or without truffle oil), sides and fresh salads. Baguette Box is an example of so-called “fusion food” done right. It’s taken a traditional ethnic favorite and made it modern, while miraculously keeping it as affordable as it is tasty.
