About Us:

We love eating tasty ethnic food and we love getting a good buy. We've searched and searched for restaurant guides that focus on great ethnic restaurants but we haven't been able to find any. So in 2009 we decided to create our own guide and dubbed it NoodleTaco.com.

Tasty food shouldn't cost a lot. Great home cooking is what we crave. We look for restaurants that taste like someone's Mom made it. And that Mom happened to be the best cook on the block.

You'll read on NoodleTaco.com where to find real carnitas tacos to handcut Shanghai style noodles and everything in between. We hope you enjoy discovering some of our favorite restaurants as much as we've enjoyed bringing them to you.

Peg Cheng is CEO (Chief Eating Officer), Marketing Guru and Head Flack of NoodleTaco.com. Like most Chinese people, she's obsessed with food. And like her parents, she's known to plan out what to eat for lunch and dinner while eating breakfast. She especially likes dumplings (potstickers and gyoza), handmade noodles, mexican rice, fresh tortilla chips and salsa, spam musubi and gelato. When Peg's not doing research for NoodleTaco.com, she's hanging out with Marcus, writing children's books or helping people get into law school.

About Marcus
Marcus Donner is Chief Tasting Officer, Web Guru and Photographer of NoodleTaco.com. Being half Mexican and half German, Marcus grew up enjoying diverse cuisines such as New Mexican red and green chilie for dinner on Monday, followed up with Sloppy Joes for dinner on Tuesday. He especially likes carnitas, smoked salmon, BBQ, fried catfish, fish-'n-chips and gelato. And unlike his friend Jim, he actually eats vegetables. When Marcus isn't doing research for NoodleTaco.com, he's hanging out with Peg or taking photos of everything from the Dalai Lama to Bill Gates to Great Blue Herons on the shores of the Puget Sound.
